Why compromise?
Many of our people (and our clients) have experience of other agencies. Virgo feels compromises are often made and we seek to avoid similar situations in the course of our operation. For example many clients find input from senior agency staff is limited – Virgo’s structure is designed to provide greater senior support and means senior management are involved day to day to advise both clients and Virgo team members.
We clearly demonstrate how important current business is to us; we will not compromise current clients or stretch our staff too far for the sake of bringing in new business. As a result we hope the Virgo experience is different from the norm – a belief that client feedback supports.
